The vastness of Peru´s Amazon rainforest seems impossible to walk through it all. Regarding its flora, there are thirty million species of plants only in the Peruvian rainforest representing one third of all existing plants in South America.

Peru´s Amazon rainforest is also recognized for its diversity of birds. It is home to about nine hundred and fifty species of birds, a number that is constantly increasing due to new birds species that are discovered every year.

The amounts of mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish and insects are also found in great diversity.
